Based on the advanced use of 532nm green DPSS laser system and a qualified glass coated lens inside a durable anodized aluminum alloy housing tube, it is designed and manufactured into a professional line measuring tool of a Berlinlasers 532nm green line laser module. It generates high linear quality and straight green reference line within 0.5 meter to 6 meters length. Owing to its low laser beam divergence and TEM00 laser beam mode, it assures ultra high fineness of 0.3mm at 10cm, 1mm to 2mm fineness at 2 meters, which enables high precision green line alignment at long distance and high lighting occasions conveniently.
Being made with ultra compact structure design, laser line generator is used for cutting table grid and stripe alignment. For patterned fabric such as plaid and striped fabrics, a green linear line is projected to align the fabric grain (e.g., ensuring that the stripes and lines completely overlap). This ensures seamless stitching of multiple layers of fabric after cutting, preventing "misaligned and defective" products. When it gets freely adjusted laser line fineness and line emitting direction, it enables high precision line alignment for all cloth cutting works effectively.
