Selling my pride and joy - MY06 WRX STI. This car is in rare immaculate condition with extremely low kms for age, just over 90000. First to see will buy, perfect paintwork with tasteful replica upsized 18inch rims and matching STI centre caps. In my opinion this is the only visual upgrade needed on these beautiful cars as the gold 17 inch rims that come standard haven't aged as well as the rest of the car's timeless design. The headlights have new bulbs with a cool white glow which really sets the car off at night. The darkest legal tint has been applied to the four windows and rear windshield which when combined with the black rims gives the car a very muscular stance. The gearbox and clutch in the car are as tight as the day it rolled off the factory floor which is a testament to how this car has been cared for. The car also has some mild modifications, - Carbon fibre strut brace - Tastefully lowered king springs - X Force cold air intake - Turbo-back exhaust - Tuned for 98RON The modifications above have netted a modest power increase to 195.8kw at all four wheels on 98RON fuel. I have dyno graphs to prove this which also shows the very smooth and drivable power and torque curves. This tune along with low boost alternative tune (valet) and an 95RON tune are stored on an EZY-Flash HP1 unit which I keep in the glovebox. This can be plugged into the loom under the steering wheel at any time to change the tune instantly. This unit along with the custom tunes for this vehicle will come with the sale if it is at the right price. The car also has a colour pioneer screen which tastefully replaces the standard unit in the dash, this screen is able to play DVDs (video and audio) and SD cards as well as having input in the glovebox for an iPod (charge and play) or any other phone/mp3 player through the auxiliary cable or alternatively USB sticks can be inserted and all hidden away in the glovebox to avoid annoying cables in the car. The boot is also fitted with a 12 inch subwoofer and amplifier which is fixed using a threaded coupling which enables quick and easy removal and reinstall if and when it is required.
