Rabong: Rabong is one of the most popular tourist destinations in South Sikkim. Situated at an elevation of 7000 ft in South Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim. It is connected by state highway to other major towns in the state and lies between Pelling and Gangtok. Rabong is among one of the few places in Sikkim to offer an undisturbed view of the snow ranges of Greater Himalayas. Mt. Kanchenjunga, Mt. Pandim, Mt. Sinialchu, Mt. Kabru are just a few of the major peaks that are clearly visible from here. Upper parts of Rabong experiences snowfall during winter. Thousands of known and unknown flowers are in full bloom and Ravangla gets a romantic look with the colours and fragrance of the flowers.
Pelling: Pelling is a town in the district of West Sikkim, India. Pelling is nestled at an altitude of 2, 150 m (7, 200 feet). The town is located at a distance of 10 km from the district headquarters of Geyzing. Pelling is about 133 km away from Siliguri and 125km from Gangtok and well connected by bus and jeep services. Places to visit in and around Pelling include the local monastery, the rock garden and waterfall near Rimbi, the double-pronged Kanchenjunga Falls, Singshore Bridge, Changey Waterfalls and Khecheopalri / Khechuperi Lake, which is considered sacred by Buddhists. Khangchendzonga Festival is held at Pelling every year. It offers a host of fun activities like white-water rafting on the Rangit, kayaking, promotional trekking, mountain biking, sightseeing, traditional sports and bird- watching.
1st day: Pick up from NJP, straight to Rabong. Enjoy weather and stay night in a cottage / Hotel.
2nd day: Rabong sightseeing through the day and reach pelling at night stay.
3rd day: Pelling sightseeing & stay at night.
4th day: After breakfast start for NJP.
